• Download the order form and print it out.

• Alternatively, fill in the order form online and submit it

• Return /email the form with proof of payment by 20 September 2019.

• EFT Payments only, please. Do not include cash with your order.

• Hand in at register teacher. Do not hand in at reception.

• Your prints when ready will be delivered to the school and sent home with your child.

• The cost is R35.00 per photo and the image will be a gloss finished 15x23cm bordered print.
